The installation was incredibly quick the crew arrived on time and had the system up and running much faster than I anticipated. Their professional service was evident throughout the day; they were respectful of my property, kept the workspace clean, and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. What really stood out, though, was their excellent customer service. They took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I felt comfortable with how the system operates before they left. If you’re looking for a hassle-free transition to solar with a team you can trust, I highly recommend Stanl for any of your solar needs
I’d like to share my appreciation for Nathan from Captain Solar Green. He was extremely helpful in assisting me with resetting my offline device. Nathan was patient, knowledgeable, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. He explained everything clearly and ensured the issue was fully resolved. Great customer service and support thank you, Nathan!
Tom (customer relations), Jerry (operations) and the team were very helpful and responsive on email. A huge shout out to the sub-contractors that installed the job for us (Adamson Electricians) they were absolutely amazing and went out of their way to tidy up and go above and beyond for the battery installation.
Nathan was a treat to deal with. I had a fault with my inverter and he was prompt and gave feedback all the way whilst the issue was fixed. Good customer service
Nathan from service support. Hi, it was excellent, quick to respond and very helpful.
I wanted to leave a review to acknowledge the excellent after-sales support from Captain Green Solar. Our system was installed back in 2019 and after around six years of operation the inverter developed a fault. I submitted a warranty claim and Nathan from Captain Green Solar handled the process. Nathan was fantastic to deal with – he responded quickly, organised everything efficiently and kept me informed throughout the process. What really impressed me was the turnaround time. The claim was processed and the inverter issue was resolved within about a week, which meant our system was back up and running much faster than expected. It’s easy to read reviews about problems, but it’s much rarer to hear about the positive experiences when companies provide strong after-sales support years after installation. Captain Green Solar really went above and beyond here and it’s greatly appreciated. A big thank you to Nathan and the team for the help.
I got 13kw panels and 42kw battery through Captain Green. I am very happy with the service from Ron and Richard. Ron was always prompt will communication. Price was competitive. Installation was done in time as promised (even though it was a busy time due to rebate cutoff date) Captain Green has strong experience as they have been around since 2010. I won't hesitate to deal with them again and referred them to my friends already.
I recently got a battery installed and Tom from the customer relations team was great to deal with. He was very responsive, transparent and ensured the process went as smoothly as possible.
I had a very pleasant experience working with David. He was prompt, knowledgeable, and highly professional throughout the process. He took the time to clarify all my doubts and guided me in the right direction with clear, helpful advice. The installation of our Fox ESS system was completed within just two weeks of signing the contract, which was impressive. The installation team was also very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all our questions, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free.
Fantastic after-sales support from Captain Green Solar. Our system was installed in 2019 and recently the inverter developed a fault after about six years of use. Nathan from the team handled the warranty claim and the whole process was smooth and quick. The turnaround was impressive and the system was back up and running within a week. It’s rare to see this level of support so many years after installation. Thanks again to Nathan and the Captain Green team for the great service.
Good team to deal with Evie ran through all my options and gave me the specs I required to get the right size battery setup at a great price
We recently had a 42kwh battery added to our existing 10kw solar panels by Captain Green Solar. We found that navigating the many suppliers and sorting through the honest prices and information and the misleading advertised prices and information from various suppliers and trying to sort out which was which was really difficult! I enquired to Captain Green Solar and dealt with “Evie”, I found her to be really helpful, she answered all my questions completely, even a couple of curly questions I had where she had to seek clarification from her team, this was really appreciated as she went out of her way to honestly answer my queries and not just “make up” the answers. The work was carried out promptly to a good, neat standard. The system has been in for around 6 weeks, and although we have not yet seen a bill, the charging, battery capacity and power usage are clear to monitor on the easy to use app. Really happy, seems like, depending on the solar activity, we are going to enjoy very small power bills from here on.
Captain Green Solar is one of the Top Solar Companies in Australia. Established in 2010, we are the Trusted Name in Solar for over 16 Years!
